Sam
Goudbeek.

Founder · Designer · AI Specialist

I'm Sam — I started Goudbeek to build digital products the way I wish more were built: fast, considered, and engineered to last. I design and develop end to end, so you talk to the person actually making the thing.

I started young. At 14 I launched my first business in clothing — I've always been driven by making things, and fashion was my first creative outlet. It taught me about brand, taste, and shipping something real.

That creative itch pulled me toward the web. Designing clothes became designing websites, and I fell for the craft — the mix of aesthetics and engineering, of making something beautiful that also works. I taught myself and turned a hobby into a profession.

Today Goudbeek builds AI that does real work for businesses: agents that handle a support queue, chatbots that answer from your own documents, software that reads the paperwork. Alongside that we build and run our own products, like Brohns.

AI solutions for businesses: agents for customer service, chatbots that answer from your own products and documents, document and intake processing, internal assistants for staff, and lead qualification. Goudbeek also builds and runs its own AI products, including Brohns, an AI website builder, and Tougather, currently in build.

It works your queue. It reads incoming tickets and messages, answers the ones it can from your help docs, policies and order data, and drafts or escalates the rest. You decide which replies it may send on its own and which ones a person signs off first.

Yes, that is the whole point. It works from your products, prices, policies, manuals and past tickets, and can show the source it used for an answer. It connects to the systems you already use, and it only has access to what you give it.

Pricing depends on scope: what the system has to do, which systems it connects to, and how much human review you want in the loop. Managed hosting on a global edge network starts at EUR 39 per month. Describe what you need and you get a straight number, not a range.

It depends on scope, so there is no honest fixed answer. We start with a small working prototype running on your own data, so you can see the thing do the job before deciding how far to take it.

Sam Goudbeek, directly. One person does the design, the engineering and the AI, so there are no account managers in between. Replies within one business day, in English or Dutch, working async, worldwide.
