Refund Policy
Last updated: [PLACEHOLDER date]
Skills are digital products delivered instantly, which affects refund eligibility. Here's how we handle it, in plain terms.
EU/EEA “right of withdrawal”
Consumers in the EU/EEA normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, that right can lapse once delivery begins — but only if you gave express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right at checkout. Our checkout is set up to capture that consent for instant-delivery skills. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm the exact checkout consent wording with your Merchant of Record.]
When we'll refund anyway
- The skill bundle can't be downloaded or the licence key doesn't activate, and we can't resolve it with you.
- The skill is materially not as described on its product page.
- You were charged in error or more than once.
When we generally can't
- You changed your mind after the licence key was issued and delivery completed (subject to the EU rules above).
- Your setup doesn't meet the runtime/requirements clearly listed on the product page.
How to request one
Email support@clawshop.example with your order email and what went wrong. Refunds, where due, are issued by our Merchant of Record (Polar) to your original payment method.
Nothing here removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
