Who is Sam Goudbeek?
Sam Goudbeek is the founder of Goudbeek, a company from Almere that improves business processes with AI and software. At fourteen he started his own clothing business, in 2023 he moved into web design, and since 2025 he has worked professionally in web and AI development. Clients work with him directly, from the first analysis to the upkeep.
Who will I actually work with?
At Goudbeek you work directly with Sam Goudbeek. Analysis, design, build and upkeep run through one point of contact, with no account managers or layers in between. Whoever builds your system or site is also the person who answers your questions and adjusts it after launch. Every message gets a reply within one business day.
Do you work outside Almere?
Yes, Goudbeek works outside Almere too. It is based in Almere, in the province of Flevoland, and works for companies across the Netherlands. Most of the work, from analysis to build and upkeep, can be done remotely, which also makes it possible to work for companies outside the Netherlands. Workshops run at your office or online, so for those you do not need to be nearby either.
Which languages do you work in?
Goudbeek works in Dutch and English. Conversations, documentation and handover can be in either language, and the systems and websites we build can be bilingual too, like this site. AI workshops also run in Dutch or English, so everyone on your team can take part in the language that works best for them.
What does Goudbeek build besides client work?
Besides client work, Goudbeek builds its own products. Brohns, an AI website builder, is live at brohns.com. Tougather is in build, and Aethernet is an early build that is not public yet. If you want an AI product of your own built, we do it the same way we built Brohns: product, AI, infrastructure and the running of it, together with you.
How does Goudbeek decide what to build?
Goudbeek decides what to build by looking at the work first and at the technology second. Sometimes an AI agent is the right answer, sometimes an integration, a form or a dashboard, and sometimes the honest advice is not to build anything. The rule is 'make fewer things, but make them count': the simplest thing that works, first as a prototype on real data.
